During his tenure with Celestica, he has held progressive senior Finance roles, leading both Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) and Cloud and Connectivity Solutions (CCS) FP&A groups, and a series of other senior Markets and Commercial Financial roles. With assignments in Brazil, Mexico, USA and Canada, driving continuous improvement to financial processes, Carlos served as a changing agent to establish more objective management systems and solid financial results across the Americas.

Carlos’s primary responsibility is to provide financial strategy and day to day leadership, oversight and management of all financial aspects for the AirBoss Defense Group.

Carlos holds a Masters in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (Brazil) in partnership with the Ohio State University and an Executive CMA, CPA from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario, Toronto, Ontario.
